White-glove
— FAQ

Common questions.
Honest answers.

Is it really white-label? Will my customers see "margord" anywhere?
No. Your dashboard runs on your domain, your restaurants run on theirs. No badges, no "powered by" footers, no logos in the URL. Your brand is the only one your customers see.
How do custom domains work?
Restaurants point a CNAME record at our edge and we provision SSL automatically. No DNS gymnastics, no support tickets — usually live in under a minute.
How do payments work?
Cash is the default — orders work out of the box without any payment setup. To accept cards, the restaurant pastes their own Stripe or PayPal API keys into the dashboard. Money flows directly to their account. We never touch the money, and the agency never carries payment compliance for their customers.
Can my restaurants use it on slow Wi-Fi or in a busy kitchen?
Yes. The order pipeline and storefront run from the closest edge node to the user, so latency stays low everywhere. The kitchen display works on any tablet or browser — no app to install.
What happens if I want to leave the platform?
You can export every restaurant’s data — menus, customers, order history — at any time. We don’t lock you in.
Can a restaurant offer their menu in multiple languages?
Not on margord — each restaurant runs in one language. If you need multi-language menus with a switcher, see menuella.com (our flagship). Margord is intentionally focused on the essentials.
How quickly can an agency get started?
Sign up, brand the dashboard, add your first restaurant — usually under 30 minutes. Custom domains and Stripe Connect take a few minutes more once DNS propagates.
What happens when I exceed the €5,000 Pro included revenue?
You pay 0.5% on the overage — 50¢ per €100 of order revenue. At €30,000 / month that's €145 (€20 Pro + €125 overage). Your restaurant is then doing more than €1,000 / day in revenue — the platform scales with success, not setup complexity.
How reliable is the platform?
We run on an edge network with 99.99% uptime over the past 12 months. If a single location goes down it routes around automatically — orders keep coming in. A status page with live metrics and incident history ships with the Pro plan.
Can I run the dashboard on my own domain?
Yes — agency owners can set up a custom domain so dashboard.youragency.com points at our edge with auto SSL. Your clients never see a margord URL, even at sign-in.
What does the migration path from WordPress look like?
Menu import via CSV (in progress) or hand entry through the dashboard. Historical orders aren't migratable — new orders start at go-live. Plan: 1 day per restaurant including photo upload + delivery zones.
What if the restaurant wants to manage the backend themselves?
You add them as a Restaurant Manager; they sign in with their own email and only see their restaurant — menu, orders, zones, Stripe keys. You keep the agency owner account.
Are there test / staging environments?
Each restaurant can be paused (storefront returns 410, dashboard works). Per-restaurant staging environments come after the first cohort of paying agencies.
