2. General principles
We process personal data only as necessary to operate the website and our services. Legal bases: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Server logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) automatically collects: IP address (truncated after 24 h), timestamp, request path, HTTP status, transferred bytes, browser, OS, language. Logs are kept 24 hours. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; a DPA is in place.
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (locale, theme, cookie-consent state). No tracking, no analytics, no marketing cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR + § 25(2) TTDSG.
5. Email contact
When you contact us by email we process your message to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete inquiries when no longer needed, at the latest after 24 months unless retention obligations apply.
6. Account sign-up
When you create an account on app.margord.com, we process the data necessary for service delivery: name, email, optional phone, billing address, payment details (handled by Stripe). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7. Payments via Stripe
Paid plans are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller. We only receive the transaction status and a Stripe customer ID. Stripe privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy .
8. Bot protection
On tenant restaurant order pages we use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile works without cookies and does not transmit personal data to third parties — verification is invisible. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
